Announcing the new DataWinners Help Center.
DataWinners continues to evolve with powerful new features that enable you to get and share the information you need.
To help you master these capabilities, we have completely overhauled our support materials to make using DataWinners as easy as possible.
The Support tab is now renamed Help Center. A small name change with a big impact. We still support our partners and users, but now it’s easier than ever to help yourself — to find the answers you need fast.

If you are new to DataWinners, our Get Started section directs you to the best resources to help you show results fast.
Tips for Successful Data Collection is our new blog category where we will regularly feature best practices and novel approaches to data collection with DataWinners. If you would like to be featured, let us know.
Explore by Category
Our new Explore by Category section allows you to find the Help Center answers along with the right video tutorials with step-by-step instructions.
Find Answers
You can bypass the Explore by Category section and search our entire Help Center using the Find Answers search feature.
We have also provided some links to external resources for more answers about DataWinners’ technology, including Open Data Kit (ODK), XLSForm, and Enketo Smart Paper.
